Perfect fit

We understand that measuring mistakes can happen, and we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your Easy Blinds purchase. If your blinds don’t fit for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll remake them to the correct size at no additional cost. You’ll only need to cover shipping, which is $20 per product*. If the new size costs more than the original, you’ll also pay the price difference. 

Please note:

A maximum of three (3) remakes per order  is allowed, except for shutters and motorized products, which are limited to one (1) free remake. 

The replacement product must be the same as the original, including product type, color, features, and options.

Photo evidence may be required.

Remakes will only be shipped to the original name and delivery address.

Additional fees:

An oversize freight fee of $85 applies to remake orders for products 72" or more in width (or 84" in height/width for vertical blinds).

A $105 oversized freight fee applies to all shutters.

Products remade under this policy cannot be returned.  

The Perfect Fit Guarantee offer cannot be combined with our 100% Satisfaction, Our Promise Guarantee or any other promotions. It is not available on closeout items, commercial orders, or dealer purchases. This offer is available one time per person per lifetime.

For first-time orders, we recommend ordering a single product to ensure the perfect fit.
