Perfect Fit Guarantee
At Easy Blinds, we understand that measuring mistakes can happen and we want you to feel confident about your purchase.
If your Easy Blinds product does not fit for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will remake your product in the correct size at no charge.
You only pay a $35 shipping fee per remade product. If the remade size is more expensive than the original item you ordered, you will only be responsible for paying the price difference.
Important Remake Terms
A maximum of three (3) free remakes per order and/or product is allowed.
Shutters and motorized products are limited to one (1) free remake.
The remake must be for the same product, color, and the same features and options as originally ordered.
Photo documentation may be required before a remake is approved.
Remade products will be shipped only to the original name and delivery address on the order.
Oversize & Freight Fees
An oversize freight charge of $85 will apply to remake orders for:
Products 90 inches or more in width

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new blinds, shades, or shutters, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our team will work with you to find a solution that best meets your needs. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will assist you with returning your order for an exchange or a refund.
Because all Easy Blinds products are custom-made and cannot be resold, returned items are donated to charity. For this reason, the maximum refund under this promise is $500. This $500 refund limit applies per person, household, or delivery address within any 12-month period.

Free Shipping
Easy Blinds is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders with no hidden charges, even on large or oversized products.
If your order ever needs to be remade due to an error or defect on our part, we will ship the replacement at no cost to you.
If a remake is requested for reasons not related to a manufacturing defect or an Easy Blinds error, an oversize shipping fee of $85 will apply to oversize items.
Oversize items are defined as:
Horizontal blinds or shades over 90 inches in width
Vertical blinds over 90 inches in width or height
All shutter products, regardless of size
This policy helps us continue offering free shipping on standard orders while fairly covering the additional handling and freight costs for oversized remakes.
5-Year Accident Protection Plan
Easy Blinds offers an optional 5-Year Accidental Damage Protection Plan on most products to give you added peace of mind. When you purchase this plan, if your product is accidentally damaged during the coverage period, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Accidental damage may include, but is not limited to, broken or damaged components or mechanisms, rips, tears, stains, scratches, burns, cracks, holes, and damage caused by fire or water.
Coverage & Replacement Details
Each product covered under the plan is eligible for one (1) free replacement during the coverage period. Replacement products include free standard shipping.
This plan is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Replacement products will be shipped only to the name and delivery address on the original order.
An oversize freight fee of $85 will apply to replacement orders for:
Products 90 inches or more in width (or 90 inches or more in height for vertical blinds), and
All shutter products.
Product Availability
If your original product is no longer available, Easy Blinds will provide samples of a comparable product for you to select from. We cannot guarantee that the exact original product will still be in stock at the time of replacement.
Replacements will be made in the original size and color that were ordered.
If your original item was previously remade under our Perfect Fit Guarantee and the size was changed, you may be required to pay the difference in the Protection Plan fee in order to maintain coverage for the new size.
Proof of Damage
Clear photo or video documentation of the damage is required. Easy Blinds reserves the right to request return of the damaged product for inspection, at our expense, prior to issuing a replacement.
Plan Limitations
The 5-Year Accidental Damage Protection Plan is not available for:

Refund Policy
The Protection Plan may be refunded within 30 days if your product is returned under our 100% Satisfaction, Our Promise policy.
Clearance items
From time to time, Easy Blinds may offer discontinued products, fabrics, and colors at specially reduced prices. These items are sold as clearance items and are available in limited quantities only. Samples are not available for clearance items.
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
In addition, clearance items are not covered under our Perfect Fit Guarantee or our 100% Satisfaction, Our Promise Gurantee.
Order handling, production duration, and estimated shipping date
All Easy Blinds products are custom made to your specifications. Production does not begin until payment has been successfully received, and your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed.
To help prevent common measuring or ordering errors and to ensure the highest level of accuracy, every order is carefully reviewed before it enters production. If we have any questions or identify an issue, your order will be placed on hold and a member of our team will contact you promptly.
Production typically begins on the next business day after your order is placed. Manufacturing times generally range from 2 to 12 business days, depending on the product.
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped. An estimated ship date is provided for each product at the time of purchase, and many orders ship sooner than the quoted date.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
For products with an estimated production time of 1–2 business days, orders cannot be changed or canceled once the order has been placed.
For products with an estimated production time of 3 or more business days, you may request a change or cancellation by contacting Easy Blinds within one (1) business day of placing your order (Monday through Friday).
After the first business day, orders cannot be changed or canceled, except in cases where the request is due to a backorder, production delay, or material delay.
Please note that any applicable handling fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage & Delivery
Please carefully inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If any item arrives damaged, you must contact Easy Blinds within 10 business days of delivery to request a replacement. Clear photo evidence of the shipping damage is required before a replacement can be approved.
For customer convenience, Easy Blinds does not require a signature for delivery. Please be aware that delivery carriers may occasionally request a signature at their own discretion, which is outside of our control. By placing an order with Easy Blinds, you acknowledge that signature upon delivery is not available as an option and that your shipment will be delivered by a national carrier under delivery conditions that may include packages being left outside during inclement weather, placed in high traffic areas such as driveways or shared residential common areas, accessible to the public, and potentially exposed to theft or damage.
Once the delivery carrier confirms delivery to your shipping address, ownership of the products transfers from Easy Blinds to you. Easy Blinds is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier provides proof of delivery.

Color Accuracy Disclaimer
The colors displayed on your screen may not exactly represent the true color of the finished product. Differences in computer monitors, mobile devices, and display settings can cause colors to appear differently than they do in person.
If color accuracy is important to you, such as when you are trying to match your blinds or shades to an existing color in your home, we strongly recommend ordering free samples before placing your order. Please note that samples are not available for clearance items.
In addition, slight color variations may occur between different fabric dye lots. Factors such as temperature, production timing, and water source can all affect the dyeing process. As a result, color differences may range from very subtle to more noticeable.
If an exact color match between multiple window coverings is important, we recommend ordering all products for the same room in a single order so they are manufactured in the same dye batch. Please be aware that sample orders or test orders may be produced from a different dye lot than your final order.

How it works
If you find a lower price within five business days of placing your Easy Blinds order, we will refund the price difference plus an extra five percent. Simply submit a price match request using the steps below.
What qualifies
The competitor’s product must be identical or truly comparable to the Easy Blinds product you purchased. Comparable means the same exact size, customization options, fabric, color, quality, and overall craftsmanship.
The competing product must be in stock and available to ship at the time your request is submitted.
The lower price must be shown on a public website or in a printed advertisement and cannot be part of a private quote, email, or unpublished offer.
The competitor must offer equal or better customer policies, including warranty coverage, customer service, and remake or return terms.

Tax Exemption
If you are placing an order with Easy Blinds on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, you must contact our customer service team within five business days of placing your order and provide valid proof of tax-exempt status in the form of an official tax-exempt certificate.
Once your documentation is received and approved, we will issue a refund for the applicable sales tax on your order.
Requests received after five business days cannot be processed. After this time, Easy Blinds is unable to modify the tax amount on your order or issue a refund for sales tax.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
In order to reduce the cost and burden of legal disputes, you and Easy Blinds LLC agree to the following dispute resolution process.
If any claim, dispute, or controversy arises out of or relates to your use of the Site, any transaction conducted through the Site, or this Agreement (a “Dispute”), the party raising the Dispute must first attempt to resolve the matter informally by providing written notice by registered mail to the other party describing the Dispute and allowing thirty days to respond.

You and Easy Blinds LLC agree to waive the right to have any Dispute decided in court or by a jury. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine the scope, applicability, validity, and enforceability of this arbitration provision.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by this Agreement. The rules are available at www.adr.org

If the American Arbitration Association is unavailable or unwilling to hear the Dispute, the parties will mutually select an alternative arbitration provider.
Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees shall be governed by the applicable arbitration rules.
You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, written submissions, or in person in the county in which you reside or another mutually agreed location.
Either you or Easy Blinds LLC may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, provided the claim qualifies and is brought solely on an individual basis.
Waiver of Class Actions and Representative Claims
All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
You and Easy Blinds LLC agree that neither party may bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, representative action, joint action, or consolidated action. You and Easy Blinds LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any collective or representative proceeding.
Any relief awarded by an arbitrator must be limited solely to the individual party and may not affect any other customer.
If a court determines that any portion of this class action waiver is unenforceable with respect to a particular claim, that claim shall be severed and remain in court.
This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and survives termination of this Agreement and your use of the Site.
Termination
Except for the Arbitration Agreement, which survives termination, this Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either you or Easy Blinds LLC.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Site. Easy Blinds LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, without notice, and may restrict your access to the Site if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.
