We’re happy to provide FREE standard shipping on all orders!

Please note that oversized products may be subject to an oversized shipping fee (refer to our Oversized Shipping Fee Policy for details). While we strive to deliver your order promptly and efficiently, we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Mexico, or locations outside the 48 contiguous United States.

Oversized Shipping Fee

A flat $85 oversize shiping fee per order applies to horizontal blinds and shades 72" in width or larger, vertical blinds 84" in width or height, and all shutter orders. Please note, oversize shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order handling, production duration, and estimated shipping date

All of our products are custom-made to order, and production will only begin once payment is received. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. To ensure accuracy and avoid common mistakes, we review each order before starting production. If there are any questions or concerns, your order will be placed on hold, and a representative will reach out to you promptly. Production typically starts the day after your order is placed, with production times ranging from 2 to 12 business days. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped. An estimated ship date is provided for each product, and many orders ship sooner than the quoted date.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

The changes or cancellations are allowed if you contact us within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) from the order date. After 1 business day, orders cannot be altered or cancelled, unless the cancellation is due to a backorder, production delay, or material issue. Please note that the handling fee is non-refundable.

Shipping Damage & Delivery

Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us within 10 business days for a replacement. Photo evidence of shipping damage will be required before we process a replacement.

For your convenience, we do not require a signature upon delivery of your Blindster order. However, please note that delivery carriers may occasionally request a signature if they determine it’s necessary, which is beyond our control. By shopping with Blindster, you acknowledge that we do not offer a signature option upon delivery. Your order will be delivered by a national carrier, and delivery conditions may not always be ideal—such as packages being left outside in inclement weather, in high-traffic areas like driveways or common spaces in shared housing, or in locations accessible to the public and vulnerable to theft or damage. These conditions are determined at the discretion of the delivery service.

Once the products are delivered to your address, ownership transfers from Blindster to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the delivery company has provided proof of delivery.
